Hmmm... Good question.However, it seems that even Politicians and SCOTUS members need to couch their personal opinions behind certain principles that are less obvious / objectionable. Religion, Economic, and Literalist theories come to mind. Also, Scalia's personal form of 'interpretation' that he claimed wasn't 'interpretation'.This FBI agent 'under the gun' right now should have known better, but obviously he is not a member of the 'upper-crust' and trained to better phrase his opinions.
We get a lot of anonymous favorable comments which we greatly appreciate but do not publish as other readers might find them too self serving. But we read and enjoy them, so keep them coming.
