For the first time, our moving average of polls finds Hillary Clinton in a statistical tie with two Republicans: Rubio and Paul who lag her by only 3 and 4 points respectively. She leads Bush by 7 points and Walker by 9, which means they only need a 4 to 5 point shift to move to the top.
In our moving average of the GOP primary, Walker has 13 points, Rubio and Carson 12 , Huckabee and Bush 11. No one else is in double digits.
