NB C - Amazon said it was slashing another 16,000 jobs across the company in an ongoing bid to restructure the trillion-dollar firm. The company's senior vice president of people experience said the cuts would "strengthen our organization by reducing layers, increasing ownership, and removing bureaucracy."
