What role does the mass media's obsession with incidents like the Paris killings - treating them as headline news days after the event - having in encouraging more such guerrilla attacks?
After 911 it is presumed that the media are embedded. It was reported the third building had collapsed, by a reporter framed with the building standing in the background. Oops. Similarly with premature press reports of JFK's murder.
