Daily Mail UK - The Arkansas and Mississippi Rivers are
expected to flood at record-breaking levels as a downpour of rain is
forecast to drench the Midwest states ... National
Weather Service Little Rock warned that the Arkansas River may
experience 'the worst flooding in recorded history' as it's projected to
crest on Wednesday at 42.5 feet in Van Buren, breaking the 1945 record
of 38.42 feet.

Something to remember about all this flooding. The rain that causes it has forced farmers to put off planting the corn crop so there will likely be corn shortages this year and next. That could cause some serious increases in corn and other food prices.
If you have a place to plant a garden, whether big or small, this would be a very good year to start one.
