My que...This United Airlines incident was horrible.<br />My question would be... wouldn't it be better just to prevent a person (or persons) from initially boarding the plane if it is known that there is a need for those seats? I mean, Really, how much time elapsed from when this passenger boarded this plane, and when he was asked to leave the plane?
