Just a thought

Sam Smith - If an FBI agent is not permitted to have personal opinions, why is the president and the person he names to the Supreme Court allowed to?

Class, of course.

Hmmm... Good question.

However, it seems that even Politicians and SCOTUS members need to couch their personal opinions behind certain principles that are less obvious / objectionable. Religion, Economic, and Literalist theories come to mind. Also, Scalia's personal form of 'interpretation' that he claimed wasn't 'interpretation'.

This FBI agent 'under the gun' right now should have known better, but obviously he is not a member of the 'upper-crust' and trained to better phrase his opinions.
