Erwin Chemerinsky - An originalist like Antonin Scalia, Neil Gorsuch is guided by 1787 thought processes, which made no provision for a right to privacy, or reproductive choice, or same-sex marriage.

Something Gorsuch does favor is separation of powers and strict limitations on government.

If you are concerned about a coup, overreach, or unconstitutional action by the administration, this would be your ideal justice.

If a 'Liberal' Supreme Court member coined a term like "Originalist", to define his self-serving interpretation of the Law I think Conservatives would rush to criticize.
