As if $400 would even begin to cover the charges of an emergency room visit? Seriously? They'd be lucky to get out for under $4000 if they are uninsured. What's worse, it is nearly impossible to get a straight answer about estimates or prospective costs of treatment. he affordable Care Act has done everything else but make access affordable. The state of health care is still a nightmare.
