Jobless claims unexpectedly decreased to the lowest level since 1973
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has held that schools that bar students from using gender identity-appropriate restrooms discriminate based on sex in violation of Title IX, a federal law against sex discrimination in education. The court sent the case back to the trial judge for further proceedings.
