Morning Line: Sanders outdoes Clinton against Trump and Cruz

According to our moving average of recent polls, Sanders would beat Trump by 21 points while Clinton would only lead by 14. Sanders would beat Cruz by 9, three points better than Clinton. These are the best margins for either Democratic candidate.
