Conservatives consider him a holy icon.

But, honestly, the country has been on a fast train to hell ever since he took office.

Endless wars, one financial hustle (bailed out by the middle class) after another, a war budget that is bankrupting the country, a shredded social safety net, increasing wealth inequality, more prisons, less civil liberties - you name it.

Reagan put us on this track.
